After spending the last ten years in resort and luxury real estate Sales and Marketing it is time to work closer to home. The last decade offered me a tremendous learning experience working with great companies such as Playground, an Intrawest Company and S&P Destination Properties. My adventure took me from Whistler Mountain to The Village at Blue Mountain in Ontario, throughout Colorado, California, Florida and into the Islands of Hawaii working on some of the most exciting projects currently being built. I was able to partner with many great brands including Intrawest, Trump, Hilton, Four Seasons, Weston and learned something from all of them. While a Vice President at S&P we planned and executed a sales and marketing program that lead to the largest single sale in resort real estate history. The sell out of Trump Tower Waikiki reached the $700 million dollar plateau with simultaneous sales events in Waikiki and Tokyo.
However, despite these successes being based in Vancouver and jumping on airplanes was not what I was looking for. Settling back to work in my home town of the last 20 years South Surrey just had too much to offer.
